These terms govern the use of this store and everything sold in it. Buying anything here means you accept them.

What we sell

Digital sound libraries: samples, loops, MIDI files and synthesizer presets. Every product is a download. Nothing physical ships, and no subscription is created by a purchase.

Your account and your order

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
The information you give at checkout has to be accurate — a wrong email means your download link goes nowhere.
We may cancel and refund an order if we detect fraud, a payment dispute opened before delivery, or an obvious pricing error on our side.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add a conversion fee; that fee is not ours and we do not receive it. Taxes, where they apply, are shown before you pay.

What you may do with the sounds

Use is governed by our licence, which is part of these terms. In short: use the sounds in your music, do not resell the sounds themselves.

What belongs to whom

We keep ownership of the sounds, the artwork, the name and this site. You own the music you make with them, and you owe us nothing on it — no royalties, ever.

Availability

We try to keep the store and the download links working at all times, and we do not promise they will never be down. If a link breaks, write to us and we fix it.

Limits

Our responsibility for any claim related to a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights that the law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
